We want you to feel invincible in your Dragon Shield apparel; if your armor doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.
Ship Your Armor
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our forge inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
