Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are securely protected for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
